Back Orders/Pre Orders
Occasionally, it is possible that demand on an item may result in it being unavailable. Should this be the case, you will be contacted immediately with a revised delivery date. Should this not be suitable, a full refund will be offered.
Returns
The Magic Company will replace any item which is deemed of manufacturer defect. Please contact The Magic Company within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. PLEASE NOTE : You are buying a secret and therefore The Magic Company will only replace items on a like for like basis. Should we be unable to replaced an item, The Magic Company will issue you with an electronic credit.
